Remember the 70’s Manila Sound?

Who can forget Stargazer at Silahis, Lost Horizon at Philippine Plaza, Altitude at Hyatt, The Jungle Bar at Manila Hotel, Coco Banana, and the mother of all Manila discos, Where Else?

It was the glorious decade when “OPM” or Original Pilipino Music enjoyed unprecendented success in the local music industry.  It was when the Filipino recording artists outsold their foreign counterparts and dominated the charts.  The latter part of the 70’s saw the birth of a new kind of OPM sound which was Bee Gees’ Saturday Night Fever-inspired.  At the forefront of these OPM dance genres were the VST & Company, Wadab, Labuyo and Hotdog, among others.

After more than three decades and with the resurgence of revival music, some of the original band members decided to regroup and formed the 70’s Superband to bring you back the timeless OPM classics of the 70’s.

Get ready to romance the 70’s again when OPM reigned supreme!

Relive and reminisce those memories and fall in love once again!

Journey back to OPM’s golden years with The 70’s Superband!

Bringing You Back To The Best Era Of A Lifetime!
